If it doesn't find a match, it throws an InvalidParameterException indicating that the user has not reserved this event.

      Returns:
      a set of ParticipantResponse objects representing the reservations of the event, or an empty set if there are no reservations
      Throws:
      IllegalArgumentException - if the event does not exist

      Counts the number of participants who are present and not present.
      Parameters:
      participants - a set of ParticipantResponse objects representing the participants of an event
      Returns:
      a map with two keys:
      • "present" - the count of participants with presence set to true
      • "notPresent" - the count of participants with presence set to false
